Beautiful but REALLY hard to get your foot in
These boots are beautiful and so unusual. I read the reviews but frankly did not think getting my foot in would be an issue as I have never had a problem with any other purchase. I spent twenty minutes trying to get my foot in the right boot and still couldn't do it. I'm not certain a larger size would even work. To me , it seems like the boots were not designed correctly. I cannot return them because they were on final sale.

The size charts are general guidelines for average measurements. Sizes will vary depending on designer, cut, style and fabrication. Most of our clothing will fit true to size unless otherwise noted. Our models are on average of 5'9 - 5'10 and wear a size small, size 2 - 4.

Shoes

Shoe size may vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. Fit is tested using size 7.5-8 shoe. Recommendations to order smaller or larger shoes will be visible on the description (e.g., "runs narrow; order 1/2 size up.")

HOW TO MEASURE SHOE SIZE LENGTH:

Place ruler on the ground, perpendicular to the wall, so the '0' is against the wall. In bare feet, step on the ruler, with the back of your heel against the wall. The measurement taken at the longest part of your foot determines your shoe size.

HOW TO MEASURE SHOE SIZE WIDTH:

With the ruler in the same position, step with your bare foot onto the ruler - this time with the outside of your foot touching the wall. The measurement taken at the widest part of your foot determines your shoe width.

HOW TO MEASURE HEEL HEIGHT:

We measure from a size 8-8.5 shoe and will vary slightly depending on the size you order. The heel is measured up the center back of the heel to where it meets the sole. All measurements are approximate and rounded down to the nearest quarter inch.
