    boot design fail

    Whoever designed these clearly didn’t think about real foot shapes. The instep/opening is extremely narrow — my foot can go into the shoe, but my heel literally will not fit down into the boot. I’ve never had that issue before, so this feels like a design flaw, not a sizing issue.

    It completely ruined my outfit because I planned around these boots and couldn’t even wear them. Super disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend unless you have a very narrow foot or are okay with struggling just to get them on.
