I absolutely loved this dress. Unfortunately when I wore it the braid came apart from the dress. Embarrassing! I had to hold the braid under my arm for the rest of the evening. Although final sale, I’m hoping they will exchange it.

This dress is so subtly beautiful; the braided top part makes it that much more unique and elegant, but be careful if you have larger arms or very wide shoulders, as the stretch on the braid isn't as giving as the actual dress. The fabric of the dress is a thinner material, lightweight and comfortable, and has ample stretch. It is long, but that's a given with Akira's full length dresses and most of their pants/joggers, so unless you wear a heel or wedge to give yourself a lift---or unless you're part of the tall gang, then you're good lol---it'll drag or potentially trip you up. It's lovely though, and I look forward to having a chance to wear it.🩶😊
