    Horrible Customer Servive

    I ordered this jacket twice. The second one I ordered on Dec2 they forgot to ship it until I said something. My second jacket will not get here until the 18th of December. I asked for a refund of my shipping 3 times and you ignored me. All the money I have spent with your company and you couldn’t refund $7. They only care about the money you spend with them.
