    Money well spent

    28 high waist above my belly button, 30 low waist 1 inch under my belly button. I purchased a size small I can wear it over my shirt and dresses. I wanted to wear it lower or over my jeans so I have to order a size Large. It had stretch but not in the waist it runs true to size money well spent
