    This dress is complete cotton with a little stretch if you want to bend over. Or walk up the stairs in front of someone confidently; i would size up one size. Im 180 5'4 i purchased a large. I sent it back for an XL. I RECOMMEND THIS DRESS FOR SURE. YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED.
