    2 straps broke off

    I got these as a gift for Christmas, and not even a month of owning them two of the straps broke while I was wearing them (like, it was today when they both broke off at random times for no reason at all). Can't even refund them since they won't refund the fast shipping my mom purchased specifically for them to arrive before Christmas, do not recommend this product or this company at all.

    Packaging mishap?

    For some reason, i have 2 different sized shoes in my box. These were bought 3 weeks after the first pair of shoes i bought were misplaced after i had fallen into a bike rack and broke my front tooth wearing them. I just think shoes from akira that i actually like are not for me and honestly, it’s been pretty traumatizing and frustrating with both purchases succinctly… $150 for no reason
