I love this shoe. Unfortunately, I'll have to order a bigger size. If you have flat feet, you may have to go up even 2 sizes.

Super cute, but super small
The shoes are just as pictured. Super cute and fierce. Fortunately, I read the other reviews and saw that they run small. I ordered two sizes larger as recommended, and they fit well. For reference, I am a size 8 and ordered a size 10.

They look exactly like the pic, fierce! However, as others said they run VERY SMALL! I wear a size 8 and ordered a size 10 after reading reviews. They fit almost perfect.

Nice shoe
Nice shoe, eye catching detail. I actually love them but DEFINITELY SIZE UP at least 1 size. I'm a true size 10 and I cannot fit them at all. My advice to Akira since the return policy is not monetary is to try to add the measurements of the shoes. Each brand fits differently and I purchased them on sale so now I won't get back enough for an even exchange because instead of money, a store credit is only offered. It's very unfortunate because I purchased the shoes for a Broadway play that's coming up

The size charts are general guidelines for average measurements. Sizes will vary depending on designer, cut, style and fabrication. Most of our clothing will fit true to size unless otherwise noted. Our models are on average of 5'9 - 5'10 and wear a size small, size 2 - 4.

Shoes

Shoe size may vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. Fit is tested using size 7.5-8 shoe. Recommendations to order smaller or larger shoes will be visible on the description (e.g., "runs narrow; order 1/2 size up.")

HOW TO MEASURE SHOE SIZE LENGTH:

Place ruler on the ground, perpendicular to the wall, so the '0' is against the wall. In bare feet, step on the ruler, with the back of your heel against the wall. The measurement taken at the longest part of your foot determines your shoe size.

HOW TO MEASURE SHOE SIZE WIDTH:

With the ruler in the same position, step with your bare foot onto the ruler - this time with the outside of your foot touching the wall. The measurement taken at the widest part of your foot determines your shoe width.

HOW TO MEASURE HEEL HEIGHT:

We measure from a size 8-8.5 shoe and will vary slightly depending on the size you order. The heel is measured up the center back of the heel to where it meets the sole. All measurements are approximate and rounded down to the nearest quarter inch.
